Aircraft Spirals Wildly into Palm Fronds at Well-Known California Coast
A helicopter flying above a well-attended coastal coastline abruptly commenced twirling uncontrollably, finally losing altitude and smashing into a line of palm trees as beachgoers watched.
Recordings uploaded online show the aircraft starting to spin over the beach then descending in the direction of the edge of the coast, where it ends up lodged between palm trees and a steps adjacent to the Pacific Coast highway.
